    Policy Holder
    The policy holder is the person who owns the Over 50 Life Insurance Policy and is responsible for paying the premiums.
    When there is a claim mad on the policy it usually pays out to the policy holder unless other arrangements have been made / agreed.

    Private Medical Insurance
    This is an insurance policy which covers you should you require private medical treatment.

    Provider (Insurance Provider)
    This is the actual insurance company which provides the insurance product / service.
    This is not to be confused with a broker.

    Premium (Insurance Premium)
    An over 50 life insurance premium is the term given to your monthly payment for your insurance policy.

    Proposal Form
    An application form which is filled in by the potential policy holder / applicant.
